WEEKEND ASSISTANT –
The successful candidate is required to provide first class customer service support, which will involve liaising with clients both on the telephone and face to face. They will be required to have a good understanding of both customer service and administration duties, in order to support the sales team.
They will need to be part of both the busy residential sales and lettings team.
The position is part time working Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm and for holiday cover.
Full Time Position
The position will involve:
• Processing tenant application forms
• Assisting with the preparation of general paperwork
• Answering the telephone and taking messages
• Assisting with maintenance issues
• Updating the management system
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
• Providing excellent customer service
• Full driving licence
• Have good English language skills
• Be able to multi task
• Be a team player
Previous lettings experience advantageous
