We are a privately owned firm whose proprietor, Stephen Oakley has been in the business since 1983 and is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents.

We are a fully bonded member firm of The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and a participating member of the NAEA Client Money Protection Scheme in respect of lettings and management.

We are members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agency (OEA) and as such have to operate within the provisions of the OEA Lettings Code of Practice. In addition we are licensed by ARLA for residential lettings management.

From the 6 April 2007, all deposits paid under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, have to be protected within fourteen days of receipt. We use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), to protect our tenants deposits.
