To find a property, please view our available properties shown here on our website. The list is updated on a daily basis. Alternatively please contact our office 01234-711800 or send an email request to rentals@stephenoakley.co.uk. We will add you to our mailing list. To assist us in finding the most appropriate property for your needs, please supply us with the following information:

• The location required.
• The rental you can afford to pay.
• The number of bedrooms.
• The length of tenancy term (how long you'd like to rent for).
• Furnished or Unfurnished.
• Date of Commencement.
• Details of your current situation.
• If you have any pets.
• If you smoke (some landlords prefer non-smokers).
• How many people in your household.

Referencing and Costs

Once we have found you a suitable property, you will be required to complete a Referencing form, supplied by us, and pay a reservation fee in the sum of £180.00+VAT. This will become non-refundable if you decide not to continue with the proposed tenancy or the referencing proves unsatisfactory.
